How to Order
From Enquiry to Delivery and Payment
Even for a first-time customer, trading starts in five steps.

Enquiry & Quote
Send your product list and quantities via the form or by phone. We normally return a quote within one to two business days.

Open an Account
We agree terms, then you submit company details and documents such as a certificate of registration.

Place Orders
Order by email, fax or LINE — whichever suits you. Standing orders can be arranged.
4
Delivery
Own-fleet delivery in Greater Tokyo, temperature-appropriate courier elsewhere. Warehouse collection is also available.
5
Payment
Prepayment for the first order; monthly closing with payment the following month can follow, subject to review.

Questions About Trading With Us
Is there a minimum order?
You can order from a single case. If you have just opened, or simply want to try a product first, please ask.
Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?
We deliver across Greater Tokyo with our own vehicles, free above a set order value. Elsewhere we ship nationwide by courier.
What are your payment terms?
The first order is prepaid by bank transfer. For ongoing customers we can move to monthly closing with payment the following month, subject to a credit review.
Can you source products not in your catalogue?
Yes. If a product is available in India we are glad to look into sourcing it — let us know the quantity and when you need it.
Can you provide spec sheets and allergen information?
Yes. We issue per-product specification sheets covering ingredients, additives, allergens, nutrition and shelf life.
Can individuals buy from you?
We supply businesses only. Individual customers are very welcome at our group's retail store, Bharat Bazaar.
